Leesburg Living Room Refresh

I am SO excited to share this living room project I just completed for my super fun clients! Jen and Tony and their 2 girls and new puppy wanted to update their dark and cramped family room and the results are AH-MAZING! Take a peek at this bright and pattern filled design.

A blue couch was a must for Jen and we based the design around that concept.

Their builder grade fireplace was updated in the mosts fab way with this new tile surround and reclaimed wood beam mantle.

This sunken room prevously had an L shaped sectional blocking off the main entrance. I designed the space to include one couch and two floating swivel chairs so they wouldn't lose seating, but the flow of the room would become much more open.

My client was not afraid of a bold, statement rug paired with a variety of patterns and textures. 

I love this mix of pattern and color.
